TIVAR® 88 Drop-In Liners

TIVAR® 88 can be manufactured into drop-in liners for small to medium size hoppers and bins. Using drop-in liners allows installation to be completed quickly; significantly reducing or eliminating attachment fasteners. Most drop-in liner installations require a leading edge protector around the top perimeter of the TIVAR® 88 to prevent bulk material from getting behind the liner. Available access to the hopper is key in utilizing this type of lining approach. While drop-in liners are typically for small hoppers, they can potentially be used for large applications as shown below.
