Lawrence Industries had the opportunity to participate in the recent IAPD Women in Plastics Conference in Atlanta. It was a pleasure to meet with colleagues across the performance plastics industry to discuss increasing women’s access to and growth within the industry, as well as issues that women face in the workplace. It was also inspiring to see how many women are now in positions of influence in the plastics industry. As a female owned and operated business, it was inspiring to have very fruitful discussions on how to grow and expand our business. Look forward to growing friendships and business partners in 2023.
